Cheval Blanc Finance Intern

- Assist in the management and analysis of accounting operations under the guidance of the Administrative and Financial Manager.
- Conduct reconciliations and harmonious analyses of accounts, advising internal partners on budget tracking.
- Ensure accurate entry of operations, management of fixed assets, and meticulous invoice tracking to enhance daily financial flows.
- Manage third-party accounts from reconciliation to settlement, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Contribute to the evolution of financial tools and procedures, considering regulatory requirements and the Maison's ambitions.
- Propose tailored optimizations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Finance team's performance.
- Higher education in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector is appreciated.
- Initial experience in administration, finance, or hospitality is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and process information with precision.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have some exposure to administration, finance, or hospitality.
Higher education in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
