1. Assist in the management and analysis of accounting operations under the guidance of the Administrative and Financial Manager.
2. Conduct reconciliations and harmonious analyses of accounts, advising internal partners on budget tracking.
3. Ensure accurate entry of operations, management of fixed assets, and meticulous invoice tracking to enhance daily financial flows.
4. Manage third-party accounts from reconciliation to settlement, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
5. Contribute to the evolution of financial tools and procedures, considering regulatory requirements and the Maison's ambitions.
6. Propose tailored optimizations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Finance team's performance.

1. Higher education in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
2. Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector is appreciated.
3. Initial experience in administration, finance, or hospitality is a plus.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
3. Ability to organize, prioritize, and process information with precision.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have some exposure to administration, finance, or hospitality.

Higher education in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
