1. Support the F&B Manager in daily operations across various outlets within the property.
2. Assist in managing schedules and organizing different points of sale.
3. Participate in the implementation of new projects.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction and assist in developing action plans.
5. Provide operational support during service hours.
6. Track revenue across different outlets.
7. Promote hotel services and products.
8. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. Knowledge of luxury hospitality industry.
2. Experience in food and beverage service.

4. Proficiency in French and English.
