1. Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing culinary operations of the Maison.
2. Manage and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation.
3. Supervise the delivery of high-quality dishes to provide a memorable dining experience.
4. Maintain kitchen efficiency and uphold quality standards.
5. Ensure compliance with HACCP processes and other safety regulations.

1. College level in culinary and catering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.

1. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including recipe development and testing.
2. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-end hotel or resort environment is required.

College level in culinary and catering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
