1. Oversee the entire Housekeeping department, including Laundry operations.
2. Implement and maintain Housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures to ensure high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
3. Participate in pre-opening activities, including hiring, training, and onboarding of the Housekeeping team.
4. Set up the Housekeeping department's infrastructure and systems.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
6. Manage budgeting, inventory, and cost control within the Housekeeping department.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Degree or Diploma in hotel management or hospitality preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Knowledge of Housekeeping best practices and standards.
4. Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
5. Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
6. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Housekeeping software.
7. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
8. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.

At least 5 years of experience in Housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Degree or Diploma in hotel management or hospitality preferred.
