4. Handle special guest requests, such as additional bedding or specific room preferences.
5. Ensure all guest-specific requests are noted and fulfilled during their stay.
6. Participate in recruitment and training of housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
7. Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
8. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
9. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and manage departmental expenses.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
