1. Oversee the entire Housekeeping department, including Laundry, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
2. Implement Housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Participate in pre-opening activities, including hiring, training, and onboarding the Housekeeping team.
4. Set up the Housekeeping department's infrastructure and systems.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree or Diploma in hotel management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.

1. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a diverse team.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of Housekeeping best practices and standards.
4. Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control principles.
5. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
6. Organizational and time management skills.
7. Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
8. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Housekeeping software.
9. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
10. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
11. Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example.

At least 5 years of experience in Housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

High school diploma or equivalent; Degree or Diploma in hotel management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
