1. Assist the Director of Culinary in overseeing culinary operations.
2. Manage and mentor the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
3. Supervise food preparation to ensure high-quality dishes.
4. Maintain kitchen efficiency and quality standards.
5. Develop and test recipes, ensuring adherence to culinary techniques.
6. Ensure compliance with HACCP processes.

1. College level in culinary and catering, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.

1. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including recipe development and quality control.
2. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or resort environment is required.

College level in culinary and catering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
