1. Oversee culinary operations in collaboration with the Director of Culinary.
2. Manage and develop the kitchen team.
3. Supervise food preparation to ensure high-quality dishes.
4. Maintain kitchen efficiency and quality standards.
5. Promote and merchandise culinary offerings.
6. Manage objectives and quality control.
7. Handle logistics, financial, and administrative tasks.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Oversee human resources in the absence of the Director of Culinary.

1. College degree in culinary arts, catering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.
3. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including recipe development and quality control.
4. Proficiency in HACCP processes.

3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within a high-end hotel or resort environment is required.
