- Oversee culinary operations in collaboration with the Director of Culinary.
- Manage and develop the kitchen team.
- Supervise food preparation to ensure high-quality dishes.
- Maintain kitchen efficiency and quality standards.
- Promote and merchandise culinary offerings.
- Manage objectives and quality control.
- Handle logistics, financial, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee human resources in the absence of the Director of Culinary.
- College degree in culinary arts, catering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including recipe development and quality control.
- Proficiency in HACCP processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong team management and mentoring abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within a high-end hotel or resort environment is required.
College degree in culinary arts, catering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
The position offers a service charge, accommodation for expatriates, meal coverage at the staff restaurant, and uniforms that are provided and laundered.
