- Oversee culinary operations and assist the Director of Culinary.
- Manage and develop the kitchen team.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes.
- Maintain kitchen efficiency and quality standards.
- Promote and merchandise culinary offerings.
- Manage objectives and quality control.
- Oversee logistics and financial administration.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Uphold health and safety standards.
- Handle human resources in the absence of the Director of Culinary.
- College degree in culinary arts, catering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipe development, and quality control.
- Proficiency in HACCP processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong team management and mentoring abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort is required.
College degree in culinary arts, catering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
