- Ensure the highest quality of culinary offerings and presentation across all dining outlets.
- Conceptualize and creatively develop menus for all points of sale.
- Collaborate with pastry teams to ensure balanced meal offerings.
- Supervise the creation and adherence to precise technical sheets for menu components.
- Propose enhancements to products and services to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uphold and enforce quality standards within the culinary department.
- Participate in the preparation of the kitchen's budget forecasts.
- Manage all costs related to the kitchen, including food, equipment, and personnel, to ensure profitability.
- Oversee stock management and ensure quality and quantity of supplies in collaboration with the Economat department.
- Engage in supplier selection, relationship management, and price negotiations in close collaboration with purchasing, finance, and management departments.
- Monitor the culinary signature of the group in consultation with Chef Yannick Alléno.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional culinary skills and creativity.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar executive chef role is required, demonstrating expertise in high-end culinary environments.
