1. Ensure the highest quality of culinary offerings and presentation across all dining outlets.
2. Conceptualize and creatively develop menus for all points of sale.
3. Collaborate with pastry teams to ensure balanced meal offerings.
4. Supervise the creation and adherence to precise technical sheets for menu components.
5. Propose enhancements to products and services to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Uphold and enforce quality standards within the culinary department.
7. Participate in the preparation of the kitchen's budget forecasts.
8. Manage all costs related to the kitchen, including food, equipment, and personnel, to ensure profitability.
9. Oversee stock management and ensure quality and quantity of supplies in collaboration with the Economat department.
10. Engage in supplier selection, relationship management, and price negotiations in close collaboration with purchasing, finance, and management departments.
11. Monitor the culinary signature of the group in consultation with Chef Yannick Alléno.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
