- Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks and organizational duties.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and daily agendas for the General Manager.
- Receive and screen phone calls.
- Organize logistics for professional events, including meetings, travel, and presentations.
- Handle administrative files for the executive office.
- Prepare and follow up on dossiers in advance.
- Maintain an efficient electronic and paper filing system for quick access to important documents.
- Sort and present essential emails to the General Manager.
- Produce reports and draft meeting minutes.
- Serve as a liaison between operational requests and the General Manager.
- Support the General Manager in executing projects led by the executive team.
- Alert management to any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues.
- Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS).
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational ability.
- Outstanding customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Empathy, anticipation skills, proactivity, and initiative-taking.
- Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and precision.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment is required.
Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS).
