1. Participate in orchestrating exceptional events, ensuring each becomes a unique and bespoke experience for guests.
2. Support the Event Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of prestigious events.
3. Ensure adherence to the excellence and standards of Cheval Blanc.
4. Assist in the research and coordination of suppliers, maintaining trusted relationships with partners.
5. Contribute to the creation of communication and promotional materials, enhancing the identity and image of Cheval Blanc Paris.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program (minimum Bac +2/3) in hospitality or business school.
2. A first experience in hospitality or event management is advantageous.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a demanding environment.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, Opera Cloud).
5. Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, though prior exposure to hospitality or event management is beneficial.

Currently pursuing higher education in hospitality or business (minimum Bac +2/3).
