- Assist in organizing events at Cheval Blanc Paris under the guidance of the Event Manager.
- Ensure exceptional client experience by gathering and understanding client needs to meticulously prepare events.
- Respond promptly to client requests and coordinate effectively with hosts and operational teams for seamless event execution.
- Support the Sales and F&B departments in achieving their objectives.
- Uphold the brand image of Cheval Blanc.
- Provide high-quality telephone and email reception.
- Assist in commercial prospecting activities with the Event Manager.
- Ensure comprehensive handling of group requests including accommodation, seminars, and banquets.
- Manage last-minute requests, including needs assessment, budgeting, and competitive analysis.
- Draft pricing offers, conduct follow-ups, and promote additional sales.
- Create and update blocks and revenue data in Opera.
- Facilitate clear communication with operational departments involved in event planning.
- Conduct post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the closure of group files.
- Higher education degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business School.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Client-focused orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibility, autonomy, and reliability.
- Discretion in handling client information.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Creativity, dynamism, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera or similar hotel management systems.
Previous experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment is highly valued.
Higher education degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business School.
