1. Conduct diving lessons and excursions for guests, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
2. Maintain and manage diving equipment, ensuring it is in excellent condition.

1. Minimum PADI OWSI in teaching status.
2. Active EFR, EANx Instructor with valid DAN Insurance.
3. PADI Freediver Instructor certification or PADI Master Freediver certification is advantageous.

1. Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in computer skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PADI Instructor, with at least 2 years in an ultra-luxury establishment. Experience in the Maldives or other remote locations is preferred.
