- Oversee and organize security and safety services for the hotel.
- Supervise and participate in control and surveillance operations across the site.
- Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and risk prevention.
- Organize emergency response and uphold operational excellence in line with LVMH/Cheval Blanc standards.
- Manage and support security-safety deputies.
- Supervise internal teams and external security service providers.
- Develop and implement the security policy for Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Maintain high vigilance levels in collaboration with state services.
- Ensure fire safety compliance and supervise fire control operations.
- Conduct risk analysis and manage internal and LVMH audits.
- Lead crisis management and business continuity planning.
- Balance discreet security with exceptional guest experience.
- Manage administrative and budgetary aspects of security operations.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in security and safety within luxury hotels or sensitive public venues.
- Mandatory certifications: SSIAP 3, IGH, crisis management, risk management.
- Professional security agent license.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Mastery of fire safety standards for luxury establishments.
- Expertise in high-end security and VIP protection.
- In-depth knowledge of security control rooms, surveillance systems, and alarm systems.
- Crisis management and risk analysis proficiency.
- Strong team leadership and external provider management skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
- Exemplary leadership and discretion.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization capabilities.
A minimum of 8 years in security and safety roles within luxury hotels or sensitive public venues is required.
