1. Oversee and organize security and safety services for the hotel.
2. Supervise and participate in control and surveillance operations across the site.
3. Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
4. Maintain regulatory compliance and risk prevention.
5. Organize emergency response and uphold operational excellence in line with LVMH/Cheval Blanc standards.
6. Manage and support security-safety deputies.
7. Supervise internal teams and external security service providers.
8. Develop and implement the security policy for Cheval Blanc Paris.
9. Maintain high vigilance levels in collaboration with state services.
10. Ensure fire safety compliance and supervise fire control operations.
11. Conduct risk analysis and manage internal and LVMH audits.
12. Lead crisis management and business continuity planning.
13. Balance discreet security with exceptional guest experience.
14. Manage administrative and budgetary aspects of security operations.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in security and safety within luxury hotels or sensitive public venues.
2. Mandatory certifications: SSIAP 3, IGH, crisis management, risk management.
3. Professional security agent license.
4. Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

1. Mastery of fire safety standards for luxury establishments.
2. Expertise in high-end security and VIP protection.
3. In-depth knowledge of security control rooms, surveillance systems, and alarm systems.
4. Crisis management and risk analysis proficiency.
5. Strong team leadership and external provider management skills.
6. Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
7. Exemplary leadership and discretion.
8. Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
9. Detail-oriented with strong prioritization capabilities.

A minimum of 8 years in security and safety roles within luxury hotels or sensitive public venues is required.
