1. Oversee reservations and revenue management to enhance guest experiences and optimize operational efficiency.
2. Assist in preparing the annual rooms budget with a focus on profitability and maintaining high service standards.
3. Develop pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue across all market segments.
4. Produce weekly and monthly forecasts to guide operations towards key targets.
5. Ensure precision in reservation operations and handle guest requests with finesse.

7. Lead by example to cultivate a culture of excellence.

1. Degree or Diploma in Revenue Management or a related field.
2. Proven track record in Reservations & Revenue management within a luxury resort or hotel environment.
3. Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
4. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe applications, and Micros.
2. Excellent knowledge of Opera.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficiency in a second language is appreciated.
5. Strong attention to detail and precision.
6. Exceptional service and listening skills.
7. Passion for hospitality.

Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity within a luxury resort or hotel environment.

Degree or Diploma in Revenue Management or similar.
