1. Develop and implement strategic human resources initiatives aligned with the brand's standards.
2. Lead and mentor a team of Ambassadeurs, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
3. Provide strategic HR advice to the General Manager.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
5. Oversee workforce planning, budget management, and data analytics.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2. 10+ years of HR experience in luxury hospitality.
3. 5+ years in a leadership role within a multicultural environment.

1. Proficiency in HR strategy, policy development, and labor law compliance.
2. Strong analytical skills for workforce planning and budget management.
3. Experience with HRIS, talent management, and payroll systems.
4. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HR analytical tools.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources within the luxury hospitality sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in a multicultural setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
