1. Define the product in alignment with the brand's image and hotel standards.

13. Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, organizing work schedules.

22. Participate in evening and weekend duties as needed and be on-call for service requirements.
23. Ensure effective communication of client-related information to all teams.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hotel or high-end establishment managing multiple outlets.
