1. Oversee all aspects of the Maison's Food and Beverage Service operations, including restaurant and bar service, banquets, catering, and in-room dining.

4. Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the Food and Beverage department.

1. Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.

2. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of five years of experience as a Director of Food and Beverage or in a similar capacity within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
