1. Oversee all aspects of the Maison's Food and Beverage operations, including restaurant and bar service, banquets, catering, and in-room dining.
2. Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.
3. Collaborate closely with the Resident Manager and Director of Culinary to enhance service offerings.
4. Develop and manage budgets and financial plans, analyzing and interpreting financial data to optimize operations.
5. Lead and manage the Food and Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

1. Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.

1. Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage service, including banquets, catering, and in-room dining.
2. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability.
4. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of five years of experience as a Director of Food and Beverage or in a similar capacity within a luxury hotel or resort environment.

Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
