1. Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.
2. 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting within luxury hospitality.
3. 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

1. In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
2. Strong analytical skills for workforce planning, budget management, and cost control.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft applications.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
5. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 10 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector is required.

Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.
