- Architect and oversee the culinary arts concepts, ensuring each offering is a memorable experience for guests.
- Ensure all culinary touchpoints reflect a commitment to quality, consistency, and excellence.
- Oversee menu development, ingredient sourcing, and execution.
- Ensure seamless kitchen operations and optimal performance of culinary systems and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts
- 15+ years of experience in luxury hospitality within hotels/resorts and restaurants
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional knowledge of overall hotel operations
- Distinguished knowledge of food and beverage operations, especially culinary processes and techniques
- Thorough understanding of financial aspects including cost control and inventory
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Material Control, and POS systems
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and precision
A minimum of 15 years in luxury hospitality with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts
