- Contribute to creating an impeccable dining experience by combining professionalism, discretion, and enthusiasm.
- Prepare tables and organize necessary tools before each service, ensuring perfect presentation and arrangement of materials.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the restaurant and various departments (dining room, bar, hotel kitchen) to ensure a smooth and flawless service.
- Promote the restaurant and dining events organized at the hotel and across all White 1921 establishments.
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar establishment
- Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Mastery of service techniques
- Passion for gastronomy
- Keen attention to detail and precision
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
The position offers accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals during work hours, provided and laundered uniforms, transportation expenses covered (€100 each way), and the possibility of a bicycle loan under certain conditions. Employees will work within passionate teams.
