1. Contribute to creating an impeccable dining experience by combining professionalism, discretion, and enthusiasm.
2. Prepare tables and organize necessary tools before each service, ensuring perfect presentation and arrangement of materials.
3. Facilitate seamless communication between the restaurant and various departments (dining room, bar, hotel kitchen) to ensure a smooth and flawless service.
4. Promote the restaurant and dining events organized at the hotel and across all White 1921 establishments.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
2. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar establishment

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards
2. Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
3. Mastery of service techniques
4. Passion for gastronomy
5. Keen attention to detail and precision
6. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environment is required.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or Culinary Arts

The position offers accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals during work hours, provided and laundered uniforms, transportation expenses covered (€100 each way), and the possibility of a bicycle loan under certain conditions. Employees will work within passionate teams.
