1. Ensure the cleanliness and setup of the dining area according to hotel procedures.
2. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
3. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
4. Clear and clean during service hours.
5. Maintain and clean service equipment.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
7. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the dining area.
8. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Develop a commercial attitude towards guests, including welcoming, seating, cloakroom service, and departure.
10. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety to superiors.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants

At least 3 years of experience, including internships or initial experience in luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant settings.

BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
