3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
4. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, particularly HACCP guidelines.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
6. Contribute to the training of new staff and participate in internal training sessions.
7. Monitor the appropriate use of ingredients to minimize waste and have a strong understanding of cost control and food utilization.
8. Adhere to FIFO and stock control practices to ensure product quality and participate in basic inventory checks.
9. Report any equipment or ingredient issues to the Chef de Partie Pastry or Sous Chef Pastry.
