- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes and daily kitchen operations.
- Conduct preliminary product preparations such as peeling, cutting, and washing.
- Receive and manage inventory deliveries.
- Contribute to dish creation by meticulously following directives and applying acquired techniques.
- Oversee the mise en place and distribution of dishes, ensuring impeccable presentation and adherence to the Maison's plating standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in accordance with HACCP standards and internal procedures.
- Manage waste sorting and disposal.
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining establishments
- At least one prior experience (internship or position) in a similar setting
- Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards
- Mastery of culinary techniques
- Passion for gastronomy

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
