- Prepare preliminary tasks for meal preparation.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in crafting and developing dishes.
- Ensure high culinary and aesthetic quality of dishes to enhance the restaurant's reputation while optimizing costs.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of food items according to hygiene standards and hotel procedures.
- Monitor the freshness and quality of products.
- Coordinate the work of team members (commis, apprentices, interns) to ensure quality and efficiency of service.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts.
- Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality and dining.
- Creativity and initiative.

A minimum of 2 years of significant experience as a Commis de Cuisine in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is required.
BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts.
