1. Adhere meticulously to operational standards (SOP) and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) protocols.
2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of room categories, locations, and VIP guest activities.
3. Maintain attentive and discreet relationships with guests, actively gathering and recording their preferences.
4. Enhance guest experiences by recommending the property's services, including dining, spa, and recreational activities.
5. Expertly manage service requests and coordinate with partner providers for reservations, transport, and dining.
6. Master regional itineraries and travel times to ensure seamless guest mobility.
7. Oversee the maintenance of back-office operations, assist with parking and reception duties, and coordinate mail distribution.
8. Update and manage concierge information materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
9. Participate in recording guest preferences to enrich the Cardex and personalize service.
10. Conduct weekly orders and compile monthly inventories with precision and accountability.

1. Higher education in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
2. Experience in luxury hospitality.
3. Sales and communication aptitude.

1. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
2. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is advantageous.
3. Valid driver's license (B) and BSR is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is appreciated.
6. Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards is beneficial.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field.

Higher education in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
