- Assist the Head Concierge and the Director of Guest Services in organizing the hotel's opening and drafting procedures.
- Support the service department heads in executing assigned tasks.
- Participate in all administrative management tasks related to the pre-opening of guest services.
- Collaborate on drafting operational procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of software systems.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of room categories and pricing.
- Conduct room tours for guests.
- Welcome and attend to guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Prepare for guest arrivals and ensure proper documentation and archiving of guest files daily.
- Manage daily guest requests in collaboration with various operational departments.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to their inquiries, communicating relevant information to appropriate services.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Stay informed about local events and maintain a network with peers and local service providers.
- Provide guests with sincere and targeted advice and assistance, adhering to Cheval Blanc Paris standards and procedures.
- Offer necessary information regarding leisure activities to guests.
- Maintain excellent client relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Answer phone calls courteously, following procedures.
- Ensure effective internal communication within the service.
- Report any unusual situations concerning guest or colleague safety to management.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and potential for representation.
- Customer service orientation, courtesy, and discretion.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
