1. Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
2. Advise and organize guest activities upon request.
3. Guide guests to Cheval Blanc Paris-approved locations.
4. Promote and sell hotel services including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
5. Anticipate guest needs and provide sincere, targeted advice in collaboration with relevant departments.
6. Ensure guest requests are met with high-quality service.
7. Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
8. Manage email correspondence with guests before and after their stay.
9. Stay informed on current events and maintain a network with peers and local service providers.
10. Contribute to creating unique guest experiences under concierge supervision.
11. Record and monitor guest stay operations using the hotel's IT systems.
12. Coordinate delivery of newspapers, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
13. Ensure the hotel entrance and surroundings are clean and safe, following Cheval Blanc Paris safety and hygiene procedures.
14. Maintain good relations with porters and grooms for guest errands and arrivals.
15. Answer phone calls courteously according to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
16. Facilitate internal communication within the concierge team and with other hotel departments.
17. Ensure guest safety and comfort.
18. Report any unusual security or safety situations to management.
