1. Assist the Sommelier in guiding guests through the wine and spirits selection, ensuring memorable tasting experiences.
2. Create harmonious food and wine pairings, attentively considering guests' preferences.
3. Manage the wine service to enhance the culinary experience.
4. Oversee the meticulous management of the wine cellar, including stock monitoring and inventory.
5. Contribute to the evolution and updating of the wine list, reflecting guests' tastes and the chefs' culinary excellence.
6. Elegantly suggest exceptional products, bespoke services, and gastronomic events to enrich guests' experiences at Cheval Blanc.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent

1. Significant experience in service within a luxury establishment
2. Sales and communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
5. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated

Minimum of 3 years in a similar luxury or Michelin-starred establishment, including internships or positions.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent
