1. Assist the Sommelier in guiding guests through the wine and spirits selection, creating memorable tasting experiences.
2. Execute harmonious food and wine pairings, taking into account guests' preferences.
3. Ensure the meticulous service of wine to enhance the culinary experience.
4. Manage the wine cellar, including stock monitoring and inventory, ensuring proper wine preservation and operational setup.
5. Contribute to the evolution and updating of the wine list, considering guests' tastes and the excellence of the chefs' cuisine.
6. Elegantly suggest exceptional products, bespoke services, and gastronomic events to elevate guests' experiences at Cheval Blanc.

1. Experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a high-standard establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
5. Proficiency in a third language appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
