1. Manage daily operations within the sommellerie service.
2. Advise guests on wine and spirit selections to enhance their dining experience.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
4. Handle billing and payments in coordination with the supervisory team.
5. Set up operational areas and manage wine cellar inventory.
6. Welcome and assist guests in the restaurant.
7. Participate in order taking and beverage service according to hotel procedures.

10. Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel standards.
11. Manage linen setup and supply.
12. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. Formal education in sommellerie such as Bac Pro Service et Commercialisation, Bac STHR, BP Sommellerie, MC Sommellerie, or WSET Level 4.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Understanding of beverage service legislation.
4. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurant environments.
5. Strong knowledge of gastronomy and oenology.
