1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Maintain hygiene standards by preparing and organizing the venue according to HACCP protocols.
3. Manage the supply chain for the venue to ensure seamless service.
4. Actively participate in the service of food and beverages, supporting the Chef de Rang to meet Cheval Blanc standards.
5. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the dining area and service equipment during service.
6. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding to ensure harmonious service.
7. Promote the restaurants and events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
2. Previous experience or internship in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a high-standard establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
