- Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and prepare the venue according to the Maison's procedures.
- Manage the supply and organization of the service point to ensure seamless service.
- Actively participate in the service of dishes and beverages, assisting the Chef de Rang and ensuring presentation meets Cheval Blanc standards.
- Responsible for clearing and cleaning during service, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and service equipment.
- Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding to ensure harmonious service.
- Promote the hotel's restaurants and dining events, contributing to a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Previous experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.
- Significant service experience in a high-end establishment.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, courtesy, and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organization.
- Empathy, anticipation, and proactive problem-solving.
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn and progress in hospitality.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar setting.
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
