1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and prepare the venue according to the Maison's procedures.
3. Manage the supply and organization of the service point to ensure seamless service.
4. Actively participate in the service of dishes and beverages, assisting the Chef de Rang and ensuring presentation meets Cheval Blanc standards.
5. Responsible for clearing and cleaning during service, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and service equipment.
6. Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding to ensure harmonious service.
7. Promote the hotel's restaurants and dining events, contributing to a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
2. Previous experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a high-end establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
6. Exceptional customer service skills, courtesy, and tact.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar setting.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
