1. Prepare and maintain the cleanliness and optimal supply of the service area throughout the service duration.
2. Facilitate communication between the service area and suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
3. Assist the Chef de Rang in their duties and ensure optimal client satisfaction.
4. Participate in the service of food and beverages.
5. Clear and clean tables during service.
6. Maintain and clean service equipment.
7. Promote the various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations related to safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to the management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurant operations

A minimum of 3 years of experience, including internships or initial experience in a luxury hotel or starred restaurant.
