1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to service excellence.
2. Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering an exceptional dining experience.
3. Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP protocols.
4. Prepare and organize the service area, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.
5. Manage inventory and ensure seamless service operations.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or related field.
2. Prior experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
2. Fluency in English and French, both oral and written.
3. Mastery of service techniques.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or positions in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or related field.

Accommodation provided or a housing allowance of €250 gross. Meals provided during working hours. Uniforms supplied and laundered. Transportation costs covered (€100 each way). Bicycle loan available under conditions. Passionate team environment.
