1. Facilitate seamless service between the restaurant and various service areas, including the bar and private dining rooms.
2. Prepare and set up the dining area in accordance with hotel procedures.
3. Assist in the service of food and beverages to guests.
4. Clear and clean tables during service.
5. Maintain and clean service equipment.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, and other departments to ensure optimal service conditions.
7. Promote the hotel's restaurants and culinary events.
