1. Facilitate seamless communication between the restaurant and service areas, ensuring optimal service delivery.
2. Prepare and maintain the dining area according to hotel standards.
3. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
4. Clear and clean tables during service.
5. Maintain and clean service equipment.
6. Coordinate with kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
7. Ensure optimal stock levels for service areas.
8. Promote the hotel's dining venues and events.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
