1. Assist the Demi-Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie with mise en place, production, and service, ensuring adherence to hygiene regulations.
2. Execute basic preparations such as chopping and peeling with precision, mastering fundamental culinary techniques.
3. Observe, listen, and learn from colleagues to enhance skills and grow in a stimulating environment.
4. As a commis chef, act as the first link in a chain of excellence, demonstrating dedication, curiosity, and a desire for perfection.

1. Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2
2. Confirmed experience in starred restaurants (1 to 3 years)
3. Minimum 2 years as a Commis Chef

1. Proficiency in preparing and cutting ingredients
2. Ability to set up and simply plate dishes
3. Strict adherence to technical sheets
4. Application of hygiene and food safety standards (H.A.C.C.P.)
5. Assistance in stock and supply management

Minimum of 3 years in culinary roles, with at least 2 years as a Commis Chef in starred restaurants.

Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2

Accommodation or housing allowance of €250 gross, meals provided during work hours, uniform supplied and laundered, transportation costs covered (€100 each way), potential bicycle loan (conditions apply), and passionate teams.
