1. Assist Chefs de Partie in delivering an exceptional gastronomic experience.
2. Prepare basic culinary components in accordance with technical sheets, ensuring the highest quality of dishes.
3. Participate in mise en place, preparation, and plating of dishes with precision and care.
4. Collaborate closely with the team to maintain service fluidity and efficiency.
5. Exhibit organizational skills, precision, and a commitment to learning and improvement.

1. Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2 level.
2. Confirmed experience in starred restaurants (1 to 3 years).
3. Minimum 2 years experience as a Commis Chef.

1. Proficiency in preparing and cutting fresh products.
2. Ability to execute simple mise en place and plating.
3. Strict adherence to technical sheets and hygiene standards (H.A.C.C.P.).
4. Assistance in stock and supply management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a culinary role, with at least 2 years as a Commis Chef in starred restaurants.

Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2 level.

Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals provided during work hours, provided and laundered uniforms, transportation expenses covered (€100 each way), potential bicycle loan (conditions apply), and a passionate team environment.
