1. Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes and kitchen operations.
2. Perform preliminary tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing of ingredients, and receiving goods.
3. Participate in the creation and preparation of dishes, following instructions and applying learned techniques.
4. Ensure careful presentation and adherence to plating guidelines during dish setup and distribution.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, adhering to H.A.C.C.P. standards and company procedures.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments
3. At least one prior experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment
