1. Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of dishes, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience.
2. Perform preliminary food preparation tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing, and manage the receipt of goods.
3. Contribute to the creation and development of dishes by following instructions and applying learned techniques.
4. Ensure meticulous presentation and adherence to plating guidelines during the mise en place and distribution of dishes.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, adhering to HACCP standards and company procedures, including waste management.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience, including internships or positions in similar settings
