1. Assist the Chef de Partie in food preparation and kitchen operations.
2. Perform preliminary tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing ingredients, and receiving goods.
3. Participate in the creation and preparation of dishes, adhering to instructions and applying learned techniques.
4. Ensure meticulous presentation and plating of dishes, following established guidelines.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, adhering to H.A.C.C.P. standards and company procedures.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments
3. At least one prior experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment
