1. Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of dishes, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience.
2. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing, as well as receiving goods.
3. Contribute to the creation and development of dishes by following instructions and applying learned techniques.
4. Ensure meticulous presentation and adherence to plating guidelines during the setup and distribution of dishes.
5. Maintain hygiene standards and procedures in accordance with H.A.C.C.P. regulations, including cleaning and waste disposal.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
2. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
3. At least one prior experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment
