1. Assist the Chef de Partie in dish preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience.
2. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing, and manage the receipt of goods.
3. Participate in the creation and elaboration of dishes, adhering closely to instructions and applying learned techniques.
4. Responsible for the setup and distribution of dishes, ensuring meticulous presentation and adherence to plating guidelines.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in compliance with H.A.C.C.P. standards, contributing to waste sorting and disposal.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Cuisine
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments
3. At least 3 years of experience, including internships or positions in similar establishments
