1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for ingredients.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted in accordance with hotel rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Assist in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hotel and restaurant operations.

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or significant internships in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.

BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts.
