1. Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
2. Perform preliminary food preparation tasks, including peeling, cutting, and washing ingredients.
3. Participate in the creation of dishes, adhering to culinary instructions and techniques.
4. Ensure dishes are presented neatly and in accordance with serving instructions.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with HACCP standards.
6. Assist in sorting and disposing of waste according to company procedures.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef.

1. Proficiency in basic cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking.
2. Ability to monitor cooking times and temperatures for optimal food preparation.
3. Skill in plating dishes to meet established presentation standards.
4. Attention to detail to ensure the visual appeal of dishes.
5. Capability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment is required.
