1. Assist Senior Chefs with food preparation and cooking.
2. Execute basic cooking techniques including grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking.
3. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper food preparation.
4. Assist in plating dishes according to established standards.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
6. Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils.
7. Report maintenance or repair needs to senior chefs.
8. Monitor food stock levels and inform senior chefs when supplies need replenishment.
9. Properly label and store ingredients to minimize wastage.
10. Maintain high standards of food quality and taste.
11. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
12. Continuously learn and improve culinary skills through on-the-job training and mentorship.
13. Seek guidance from senior chefs to expand culinary knowledge.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef.

3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment is required.
