1. Assist the Chef de Partie in organizing and preparing dishes and menus for the Table des Ambassadeurs.
2. Ensure the highest quality and presentation standards are met.
3. Execute cooking and preparation tasks according to technical sheets and hotel procedures.
4. Participate in the creation of recipes.
5. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and premises, adhering to HACCP protocols.
6. Manage stock levels and ensure quality and quantity of supplies in collaboration with the Economat service.

1. Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
