- Assist the Chef de Partie in organizing and preparing dishes and menus for the Table des Ambassadeurs.
- Ensure the highest quality and presentation standards are met.
- Execute cooking and preparation tasks according to technical sheets and hotel procedures.
- Participate in the creation of recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and premises, adhering to HACCP protocols.
- Manage stock levels and ensure quality and quantity of supplies in collaboration with the Economat service.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
